Holistische Medizin Berlin GmbH is the exclusive contractual partner of Rifetech s.r.o. in Prague and is authorized to distribute its products throughout the DACH region.
RIFETECH®Plasma devices are repeatedly offered by suppliers who are not part of our authorized distribution network, often described as used or demonstration devices.
It is therefore essential to consider who you enter into the purchase agreement with and which services this contractual partner commits to providing in writing.

The reviews focus in particular on whether suppliers without valid distribution authorization create the impression of an official or authorized distribution relationship or use the RIFETECH® trademark in an unauthorized manner.
Before making a purchase decision, prospective buyers should check which company they are entering into the purchase agreement with and which warranty, service, training and support services are actually promised to them in writing.

Doctors, naturopaths and therapists across the DACH region use the device in their practices. In-person training sessions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, online webinars and the annual intensive course on Ischia regularly bring the network together. Participation is subject to the applicable participation terms.

No. Statutory warranty rights generally apply against the seller with whom you entered into the purchase agreement and do not automatically lapse. Even if the seller ceases operations or becomes insolvent, these rights do not simply expire but may instead be converted into secondary claims, particularly claims for damages. The practical risk is that such claims may then be significantly more difficult to enforce against the seller. Purchasing from an unauthorized supplier also does not automatically give rise to any claim against Rifetech s.r.o. or Holistische Medizin Berlin GmbH.
When purchasing from an unauthorized supplier, Rifetech s.r.o. and Holistische Medizin Berlin GmbH are generally not automatically contractual partners of the buyer. They do not undertake to automatically assume the seller’s obligations. Any warranty, service or goodwill support provided by them applies only where it has been expressly agreed or is provided for under the applicable terms and conditions.
The HM ACADEMY is the continuing education and professional training platform of Holistische Medizin Berlin GmbH for RIFETECH®Plasma practitioners in the German-speaking region. It includes online webinars, in-person training sessions, workshops and the annual intensive course on Ischia. Participation is subject to direct purchase from us and the applicable participation terms.

No. Firmware and software updates, as well as ongoing information about new application protocols, scientific findings, and further developments of the RIFETECH®Plasma device, are provided exclusively through the authorized distribution network. Buyers who purchase their device outside this distribution network are not connected to this information network.
